Between 1757 and 1775, Dr Benjamin Franklin - scientist, diplomat, philosopher, inventor, Founding Father of the United States - lived here. The multi media show combines live drama and cutting-edge technology to illuminate a unique period in Anglo-American history.

The world's only remaining Franklin home, located just steps from London's Trafalgar Square and Charing Cross Station, offers an unforgettable insight into the life of Dr Benjamin Franklin.

Removing the traditional distance between visitors and the past, the multi media show combines live drama and cutting-edge technology to illuminate a unique period in Anglo-American history - when Britain and America were still one. For nearly 16 years (1757 to 1775), Franklin called 36 Craven Street home. This beautiful Georgian building retains many of the original features from his time there.

A must visit for anyone with an interest in politics, science or social life in Georgian London.

Your voucher allows a unique historical experience which will last for approximately one hour.

  • Shows are not recommended for young children. 

This unique experience takes place from Wednesday to Sunday at:

  • 13:00
  • 14:00
  • 15:15
  • 16:15

It is recommended that you phone at least 24 hours in advance and book a particular time slot in order to avoid disappointment. However, should you just show up every effort will be made to accommodate you.

The museum is closed from 24th to 28th December 2011 and January 1st 2012.
