Shipping Information

Most of the products available on our shop are e-vouchers and therefore incur no shipping charge.

For items sent to you through the post, we always try to dispatch your order within 3 working days of receiving it. You can check the status of your order by logging onto the My Account area of the website.

Orders are shipped from the UK and delivery times are usually as follows:
UK -  4 working days
Australia  –  15 working days

Standard delivery charges:

UK - $4.50 per order
Australia - $7.50 per order

BritRail delivery charges:

UK - $4.50 per order plus $1.20 per item ordered
Australia- $7.00 per order plus $1.20 per item ordered

For London Map deliveries there is an additional charge per map of $0.75 for the UK,  and $1.50 for Australia.

If you’ve not received your order within the time stipulated above, please let us know by emailing contact us.

Please note that if you order more than one product they may be dispatched separately and arrive with you at different times.
