Shipping Information
Most of the products available on our shop are e-vouchers and therefore incur no shipping charge.
For items requiring postal delivery we can deliver to an address of your choosing in the UK. You also have the option of collecting the items from the Charing Cross Road Ticket Centre. Collection from the Centre is cheaper, quicker and more secure than using the postal system.
The Centre is located in central London, near Leicester Square, at 11a Charing Cross Road, London WC2H 0EP, opposite the Garrick Theatre. The nearest Undergound Station is Leicester Square.
The Centre is open at the following times:
- Monday to Friday, 1000 to 1830
- Weekends and Bank Holidays, 1000 to 1800
For items sent to you through the post, we always try to dispatch your order within 3 working days of receiving it. You can check the status of your order by logging onto the My Account area of the website.
Delivery times are usually as follows:
- Collection from the Charing Cross Road Ticket Centre - 3 working days
- Delivery within UK - 3 to 4 working days
Our standard delivery charges are as follows:
- Collection from the Charing Cross Road Ticket Centre - £2.00 per order
- Delivery within UK - £3.00 per order
If you haven't received your order within 14 days for items delivered within the UK, please let us know by emailing btsworld@visitbritainshop.com
For items to be delivered outside the UK we can arrange a courier service costing £25 for deliveries to India and South Africa and £35 for to all other countries.
