Placing Your Order

• If making reservations for multiple dates, please add the first booking date, click on 'add to shopping basket' and then 'continue shopping' to add the next date.  You will need to do this for each separate date you wish to book. 
• When you place your order you will immediately receive an order confirmation email.
• You will receive a second email containing your official Heathrow Express ticket(s), including a reference code. This email will be generated within 2 working days. Tickets cannot be generated during the weekend as our offices are closed.
• PLEASE LEAVE SUFFICIENT TIME FOR YOUR TICKET(S) TO REACH YOU.
• If your email does not arrive, please check your spam filter. If it is not there, email VisitBritain.
• Tickets will be sent to the email address you give when placing your order. Please double check that this is correct.
• Do not travel without your email. A sample ticket is displayed below.

Using the Ticket

• Print off the ticket, take it with you and give it to the ticket inspector on the train.
• IMPORTANT TO NOTE - If you buy a return ticket, your return journey must take place no more than 30 days after your outbound journey.
• If your return journey is more than 30 days after your outbound journey from the airport, you will need to buy two single tickets. 

Price Information

• Child rate valid for 5-15 year olds.
• Children under 5 years travel free and do not require a ticket.
• It is cheaper to buy a return ticket than 2 single tickets.
• First Class offers a higher level of luxury and is more expensive.

Overview
Trains depart every 15 minutes and take just 15 minutes to reach London Paddington train and underground station. The same journey by taxi would take about 1 hour 15 minutes and cost 4 times as much.

There are 3 stations at Heathrow Airport: one for terminals 1, 2 and 3, one for terminal 4 and one for terminal 5. All arrival and departure halls are easily accessible from the Heathrow Express Stations, simply follow the signs to your terminal, or the sign for ‘trains’ if you are coming into London.

 Journey time 

• To and from terminals 1, 2 and 3 - 15 minutes
• To and from terminal 4 - 23 minutes
• To and from terminal 5 - 21 minutes

Train departure times

• Trains leave every 15 minutes in both directions.
• Trains operate 7 days a week
