Shipping Information

Most of the products available on our shop are e-vouchers and therefore incur no shipping charges.

For items sent to you through the post, we always try to dispatch your order within 2 working days. You can check the status of your order by logging onto the My Account area of the website.

VISITBRITAIN RECOMMENDATION:
We know how important travel products are for a stress free trip. That is why we suggest you select Express shipping which is trackable and secure.

Delivery times are usually as follows:

• Express: 1-3 business days
• Ground: 7-12 business days

Our delivery charges are as follows:

• Express - $18.00 per order
• Ground  - $12.00 per order

If you’ve not received your order within the above times, please email us.

Express deliveries cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses. Please provide an alternate address.
 
Please note that if you order more than one product they may be dispatched separately and arrive with you at different times.
