Monday to Sunday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm or 10:00 am - 8:30 pm

Visit Merlin Booking Portal and enter the order number appearing on the e-ticket downloaded from your confirmation (i.e. 537345819).
You will then be shown all attractions included within your pass. You now need to click modify on ALL attractions to book your timeslot for each of them. This timeslot must be within 90 days from the day of purchase.
When clicking modify on any of the attractions, you will be shown a calendar. Use this calendar along with the provided time slots to choose a time slot that best suits you. Red timeslots show a conflict with a timeslot you have already chosen for a different attraction.
Once all the attractions have been booked click on view tickets to print or download your tickets. (Please note that the access to the portal is done using a no-reply@ email, therefore the use of an email itinerary will not work on this occasion).
