Shipping Information

We always try to dispatch your order within 3 working days of receiving it. You can check the status of your order by logging onto the My Account area of the website.

Most of the products available on our shop are e-vouchers and therefore incur no shipping charge. Products in our souvenirs range are also shipped to you free of charge.

Delivery times are usually as follows:
•       Sweden  - 3 to 4 working days
•       Denmark, Norway, Finland – 3 to 6 working days

Our standard delivery charges are as follows:
•        Sweden  - 60 SEK  per order
•        Denmark  - 45 DKK  per order
•        Norway  -48 NOK  per order
•        Finland  - 6 EUR  per order
 

Airport Transfer tickets have an administration fee to cover the staff costs of issueing these eTickets. You will recieve a personal reference number sent to your email address.

.   Finland -  2.5 EUR

Please note that if you order more than one product they may be dispatched separately and arrive with you at different times

Souvenirs & Books

Souvenirs and books are shipped to you free of charge from our warehouse in the UK. Please allow 4 to 8 working days for delivery.
