Most of the products available on our shop are e-vouchers and therefore incur no shipping charges.
For items sent to you through the post, we always try to process your order within 2 working days. You can check the status of your order by logging onto the My Account area of the website.
We know how important travel products are for a stress free trip. That is why we suggest you select Express shipping which is trackable and secure.
Please be advised that our fulfilment warehouse is closed between 18th April - 20th April 2014. All orders for products which require shipping (such as Visitor Oyster Cards, Travelcards, Rail Pass, and Maps) will be dispatched from the 21st April. You can use our Fedex Express service for a timely delivery. Customer Service enquiries will be answered when our office reopens on 22nd April. Delivery times are usually as follows:
- Express: 1-3 business days
- Ground: 7-12 business days

- Express - $19.00
- Ground - $13.00

Express deliveries cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses. Please provide an alternate address.
