Most of the products available on our shop are e-vouchers and therefore incur no shipping charges.
For items sent to you through the post, we always try to process your order within 2 working days. You can check the status of your order by logging onto the My Account area of the website.
We know how important travel products are for a stress free trip. That is why we suggest you select Express shipping which is trackable and secure.
Delivery times are usually as follows:
- Express: 1-3 business days
- Ground: 7-12 business days
Our delivery charges are as follows:
- Express - $19.00
- Ground - $13.00
Shipping over the Chritmas Period -
Please be advised that our fulfilment warehouse will be closed 24th & 25th December and also on 1st & 2nd January. During these dates, orders that require shipping will not be dispatched. The last recommended order dates for delivery in time for Christmas has now passed. Please consider shipping times carefully when placing your order.
Our customer service office will also be closed - 24th - 26th December. Remember that most products are available as e-vouchers so you can still purchase throughout the approaching holiday season.

Express deliveries cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses. Please provide an alternate address.
Please note that if you order more than one product they may be processed separately and arrive with you at different times.
