Most of the products available on our shop are e-vouchers and therefore incur no shipping charges.
For items sent to you through the post, we always try to process your order within 2 working days. You can check the status of your order by logging onto the My Account area of the website.
We know how important travel products are for a stress free trip. That is why we suggest you select Express shipping which is trackable and secure.
Please be advised that our fulfilment warehouse will be closed 20th December - 1st January. During this time, orders that require shipping will not be dispatched. Our offices will be closed 25 - 29 December. Remember that most products are available as e-vouchers so you can still purchase throughout the approaching holiday season. Any order placed after 09:30 GMT, Monday 20th Dec will not be dispatched until Thursday 2nd Jan 2014, so please consider shipping times carefully when placing your order.

- Ground - 10th Dec
Delivery times are usually as follows:
- Express: 1-3 business days
- Ground: 7-12 business days

Express deliveries cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses. Please provide an alternate address.
Please note that if you order more than one product they may be processed separately and arrive with you at different times.
