How the London Pass works
As soon as you complete your online booking, you’ll receive an e-voucher by email which you can print out and exchange for your London Pass. When redeeming your e-voucher, you will receive a London Pass guide book with helpful information for your trip.
The smart card you will then receive records when and where you first use your London Pass, as well as how long the pass will remain valid for.
Please remember:
- The pass DOES NOT include transport
- The pass operates for consecutive days from when first activated
- A ‘day’ is based on a calendar day, not 24 hours. Should you first use your pass at 4pm on Monday, Monday is counted as day one of your pass usage. You should therefore start using your pass as early as possible on your start day in order to get maximum benefit from the pass
Redeeming your London Pass
You can exchange your e-voucher at the London Pass Redemption Centre, 11a Charing Cross Road, London, WC2H 0EP in Central London.
Directions:
From Leicester Square tube station, take exit 1 onto Charing Cross Road, turn left and walk past the Wyndham’s Theatre.
Walk 100 metres towards Trafalgar square, our redemption desk is the downstairs area of the ticket information booth on the right hand side opposite the Garrick theatre.
