  • If you have placed an order on our online shop, you will receive an order confirmation email containing an order number.
  • E-vouchers will be sent to you as a separate email with an attachment.

I'm having payment problems. What shall I do?

If you have experienced problems paying for your order, please e-mail us the following details, which will assist us to resolve the problem for you.
1)    Transaction time (roughly)
2)    Transaction date
3)    URL of the site where you are trying to purchase
4)    Transaction amount

What should I do if I can't login to my account?

If you are trying to login to your account but have forgotten or lost your password, you can reset it by clicking on the ‘forgotten password’ link on My Account area. 
You will be emailed password reset instructions within a few minutes.

How can I get a replacement e-voucher?

You can download an e-voucher you have ordered from the My Account area.

Do you have a physical shop where I can buy your products?

Shopping is only available online and we do not have any physical locations where you can buy products.
