Upon booking you receive an order confirmation with an attached file including you Disney 100 Exhibition tickets with an alphanumerical booking reference number.

Ticket restrictions
- This product is non-refundable.
- Tickets cannot be resold and are non-transferable.
Children information
- Children under 5 years old can access free of charge.
- Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- There are Family tickets available for four people (2 adults maximum).
- Prams and buggies are allowed.

Disney 100 The Exbition type of tickets:
Standard entry: you must arrive at the selected time.
Flexi Fast Track Entry: although you select an entry time, you can enter at any time within the opening hours.

What is the difference between ‘1 Day’ and ‘24h’ ticket options before booking?
These two type of tickets have to do with the Hop-on Hop-Off bus tour ticket validity:
1 Day tickets are valid during the period when the bus runs. [e.g.: 8:40 am to 5:00 pm]
24-hour tickets’ validity counts from the time the client entered the bus up to 24 hours after. [e.g.: if they select 2:00 pm, they can use the service the following day up to 2:00 pm].
- If you need to bring in specific food or medicine due to a pre-existing medical condition, then please bring supporting medical evidence.
- Latecomers report to the exhibition box office upon arrival and the staff will assist with getting you access into the next soonest available time slot.
- There are no restroom facilities within the exhibition itself but there are toilet facilities in the ExCeL centre.

- Duration: 1 hour. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your chosen time of visit.
The regular operating times are the following:
- Monday - Sunday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm.
London Hop-on Hop-Off Bus Tour
The tour’s regular operating times are the following:
- Daily: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm (Day Tour) and 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm (Night Tour).
Find the alphanumerical supplier’s Booking Reference in the voucher attached to your VisitBritain shop order confirmation.
