Validity
Your pass will not become active until your first site visit. Multiple sites may be visited in any one day and only one visit per site is permitted.
IncludesBooklet including a list of all the properties included with the pass and their opening time. When you collect your pass you will receive the booklet in a hard copy.
Terms of use
- The passes entitles the holder to free admission to any site which is listed as one of the Scottish Heritage Pass attractions, subject to opening times as advertised.
- A valid voucher must be handed in at one of the allocated pick points to receive the pass (Edinburgh, Stirling or Urquhart Castles or Glasgow Cathedral).
- Each pass must be signed by the pass holder as soon as received and also validated accordingly.
- The pass is valid for one entry only per site. Bar-coding prevents repeated entry. Any suspected misuse can lead to confiscation of passes.
- Historic Scotland will not be held responsible for any lost or incorrect dates marked on the pass by the pass holder.
- Passes are non-refundable, non transferable and must only be used by the named signatory.
- Historic Scotland reserves the right to request proof of age and can confiscate the pass and refuse entry to anyone with the wrong category of pass.
