Delivery Charges
Most of the products available on our shop are e-vouchers and therefore incur no shipping charge. Products in our souvenirs range are also shipped to you free of charge.
Standard delivery charges for other products:
- UK - £2.50 per order
- Europe - £3.50 per order
- Rest of the world Standard - £4.00 per order
- Rest of the world Secure ** - £8.00 per order plus £0.25 per item ordered
BritRail delivery charges:
- UK - £2.00 per order plus £0.75 per item ordered
- Europe - £3.00 per order plus £0.75 per item ordered
- Rest of the world Standard - £4.25 per order plus £0.75 per item ordered
- Rest of the world Secure ** - £8.00 per order plus £0.75 per item ordered

For London Map deliveries there is an additional charge per map of £0.50 for the UK, £0.75 for Europe and £1.00 for all other countries.
Bulk London Map delivery charges:
- UK - £1.00 per order plus £3.00 per unit ordered
- Europe - £1.00 per order plus £6.00 per unit ordered
- Rest of the world - £1.00 per order plus £7.50 per unit ordered
Delivery Times
We always try to dispatch orders within 3 working days of receiving them.You can check the status of your order by logging onto the My Account area of the website.
Orders are shipped from the UK and delivery times are usually as follows:
- UK - 2 to 4 working days
- Europe – 4 to 8 working days
- Rest of the world – 8 to 15 working days
If you’ve not received your order within 14 days for items delivered to the UK or 28 days for worldwide deliveries, please email us, quoting your order number.
Souvenirs
Souvenirs are dispatched separately from the UK. We aim to despatch your order within seven working days of receiving it, but please allow up to 28 days. We will arrange for delivery of the products either by UK Royal Mail first class post or by courier depending on the products purchased.
Once your item has been dispatched from our UK warehouse the mail service requires you to allow the following times as a minimum for delivery:
UK Deliveries – 15 days
International – 25 days
