Delivery Times
We always try to dispatch orders within 1 working day of receiving them.You can check the status of your order by logging onto the My Account area of the website.
Orders are shipped from the UK and delivery times depend on the delivery method you choose. We always recommend with valuable transport tickets you select a trackable service.
Products in our souvenir range are shipped free of charge by Royal Mail and will arrive separately to the rest of your order.
DHL Express Trackable Delivery
- UK - 1 to 2 working days
- Europe - 2 to 3 working days (based on deliveries to major cities)
- Rest of the world - 3 to 6 working days (based on deliveries to major cities)

Standard Delivery
- UK - 2 to 4 working days
- Europe – 4 to 8 working days
- Rest of the world – 8 to 15 working days
If you’ve not received your order within 14 days for items delivered to the UK or 28 days for worldwide deliveries, please email us, quoting your order number.
Delivery Charges
Most of the products available on our shop are e-vouchers and therefore incur no shipping charge.
Products in our souvenirs range are shipped free of charge by Royal Mail and will arrive separately to the rest of the order.

Souvenirs
Souvenirs are dispatched separately from the UK. We aim to despatch your order within seven working days of receiving it, but please allow up to 28 days. We will arrange for delivery of the products either by UK Royal Mail first class post or by courier depending on the products purchased.
