Scudamore's Punting Company, founded in 1910, has the largest selection of boats for hire in Cambridge. The comfortable 12-seater chauffeured punts are equipped with umbrellas and blankets as standard.
Vouchers are for a public 45-minute chauffeured College Backs Punt Tour - the best way to see all of Cambridge University's riverside colleges. Tours leave at regular intervals from two riverside locations.
Public tours run all year with the exception of Christmas Day:
- April - September: 09:00 - dusk
- October - March: 10:00 - dusk
Return tours leave from either
-Scudamore's Mill Lane punt station: in between the Anchor Pub on Silver Street and the Mill Pub on Mill Lane or
-Scudamore's Magdalene Bridge punt station: on Bridge Street opposite Caffe Uno at Quayside.
