When placing your booking, please enter the date and time you would like to take your Duck Tour. Places are limited and in very high demand so be sure to stick to your reserved time slot. You will receive an email from VisitBritain with 2 working days of placing your booking with your reservation number. Please bring this along with you on the day of the tour.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable on day of travel. ALL passengers must arrive 15 MINUTES PRIOR to their departure time. Late passengers that MISS their departure are not entitled to a refund and cannot be booked into an alternative timeslot.

The name Duck Tours is actually drawn from the vehicles themselves, which is an important part of British history as they are the amphibious DUKWs used to take the troops ashore for the D-Day landings.
Making full use of these mighty vehicles, this is no ordinary sightseeing tour, as not only do you get a live guided tour of the City of Westminster by road, you also get to take a trip along the river, without ever leaving the comfort of your seat.
Nothing compares to the thrill of literally driving from the road straight into the Thames.
The vehicles have been totally rebuilt to meet the stringent safety regulations of the river authorities. Each vehicle seats 30 with a public address system and safety equipment.
Clients must arrive 15 minutes prior to their time slot.
Important Notice
We do not recommend children under the age of 3, as it is a long tour for them and there is no safety equipment on board for them (such as seat belts & baby chairs). Parents can take them on board at the child rate and at their own risk (infants are free of charge). Prams are not allowed on board but staff will store them until after the tour.

- Week day tours outside of peak periods (weekends and school / public holidays) operate every half an hour and start at 10.30am.
- During weekends and peak periods tours depart every 15 minutes and start at 10:00
- You must arrive 15 minutes prior to your time slot
- Closed 24, 25, 26 December, 1 January and every Monday and Tuesday in January
- During the Olympic Games there will be no tours on the following dates:
On 25th / 26th / 27th / 28th / 29th July, on 1st / 5th / 7th / 12th / 28th / 29th August, on 09th / 10th September. Also no tours on 5th of June 2012.
