How does it work?
Order: Book your Pocket Mobile Wi-Fi on the VisitBritain Shop and receive a voucher by email (within 2 working days). Airport pick-ups are only available if booked at least 3 working days before your rental start date.
Collect: Collect for free on arrival at London's Heathrow Airport or at London Paddington Station. You must bring your voucher with you along with your ID (passport) in order to collect your Mobile Wi-Fi.
Connect: No set-up required. Simply connect the Mobile Wi-Fi to a laptop, smartphone, tablet or any other Wi-Fi enabled device and use the Internet wherever you want.
Return: Upon the end of the rental date, post back with the included pre-paid envelope or drop off at the collection point (Please retain the confirmation of return after handing back the device).
Each Mobile Wi-Fi device comes with a set of instructions explaining step-by-step the connection process. There is also a 24/7-customer service available through email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (0808 189 6554).
What exactly will I receive?

The rental period will commence from the day of collection.
Simply chose your device rental period from the options below and indicate your collection point.
Options available are:
- Heathrow airport: T2, T3, T4 or T5.
- London Paddington Station - Excess Baggage Company Desk (platform 12, 0700-2300). Follow signs to Left Luggage.
USA roaming charges amount to £11.50 per MB. Canada roaming charges amount to £9.00 per MB. Australia roaming charges amount to £8.86 per MB. European roaming charges amount to £3.88 per MB. With tep, you only pay £0.05 per MB.
Fair Usage Policy
The following fair usage limit applies to UK rentals: 150 MB per day rented.
In the event of over-consumption, TEP will make an effort to remind the Customer of their allowance, and bill the Customer at the end of the rental period accordingly. It is up to the Customer to monitor that consumption does not surpass said limits, and tep takes no responsibility for over-usage which result in surcharges. Tep indicates on his website how to check data usage, and is thus transparent for the Customer. 150MB is enough for 750 emails or viewing 500 web pages. Video could be 20 minutes, depending on the quality. Tep is allowed to contact the customers during or after his rental to obtain credit card information as a guarantee against overage charges.
You must return the Equipment before your departure. All returns should be returned by the local mail service or other generally recognized courier service in accordance with our shipping instructions, and postmarked no later than one (1) day following your Rental End Date

Tep collection points can be found at Heathrow Airport or in Central London. At the airport, tep can be found at the Excess Baggage Company desks landside of Heathrow Airport Arrivals Terminals and also at London Paddington Station.

You can collect your tep at Heathrow Terminal 2. Our pick-up point is located outside the customs & baggage reclaim exit, at the Excess Baggage Company. To get there, follow the signage towards ‘Left Luggage’. The desk is on the ground floor. The opening hours are Monday to Sunday 5:30am – 10:00pm.
Heathrow Arrivals Terminal 3
You can collect your tep at Heathrow Terminal 3. Our pick-up point is located outside the customs & baggage reclaim exit, at the Excess Baggage Company. To get there, follow the signage towards ‘Left Luggage’. The desk is near the car hire desks. The opening hours are Monday to Sunday 5:00am – 11:00pm.
Heathrow Arrivals Terminal 4
You can collect your tep at Heathrow Terminal 4. Our pick-up point is located outside the customs & baggage reclaim exit, at the Excess Baggage Company. To get there, follow the signage towards ‘Left Luggage’. The desk is towards the west end of the arrivals hall. The opening hours are Monday to Sunday 5:30am – 11:00pm.
Heathrow Arrivals Terminal 5
You can collect your tep at Heathrow Terminal 5. Our pick-up point is located outside the customs & baggage reclaim exit, at the Excess Baggage Company. To get there, follow the signage towards ‘Left Luggage’. The desk is at the top end of the arrivals hall. The opening hours are Monday to Sunday 5:30am – 11:00pm.
London Paddington Station
You can collect your tep at London Paddington Station at the Excess Baggage Company desk located along platform 12. Follow signs to "Left Luggage". The opening hours are Monday to Sunday 7:00am - 11:00pm
