The service
- Upon booking you will receive an e-voucher which you will need to exchange for your bus ticket at the airport. The National Express ticket office can be found at: Terminals 1,2,3 at Central Bus Station, Heathrow Central or National Express ticket office, Arrivals Hall, Terminal 5 or National Express ticket office, Arrivals Forecourt, Terminal 4.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged at Victoria Coach Station. Tickets for single journeys in either direction need to be picked up at the National Express ticket desk at Heathrow Airport.
- Services run from 7.30 am till 11.59 pm, 7 days a week (running every 15 - 45 minutes)
- Available from all 5 Heathrow terminals
- The journey to London Victoria taking approximately 50 minutes
- Luxurious - all the coaches/buses are fitted with air-conditioning, leather seats, toilets and washroom facilities.
- Please note: seats cannot be reserved for a particular timeslot.
Pick-up and drop-off points
Terminals 1 and 3
The coach/bus services arrive and depart from the Central Bus Station which is only a 5 minute walk from the terminal buildings via the lift, escalators and travelators. Open 24 hours a day.
Terminal 4
The coach/bus services use stops 13 and 14 immediately outside the terminal building at arrivals level. (Open 0600 - 2200hrs)
Free transfers to the Central Bus Station and Terminal 5 can be made at stop 7 outside arrivals.
Terminal 5
The coach services use stops 13 - 16 directly outside the terminal building at arrivals level. (Open 0600 - 2200hrs)
Baggage allowance: 2 x medium suitcases and one piece of hand luggage per person
