How to use your e-ticket
Important: Upon booking your Heathrow to London transfer, you will receive a confirmation of payment, and then you will receive an additional email from National Express within 24 hours containing your e-ticket with your QR code.
Please note: As there are no reserved seats, in order to travel, all passengers need to go to the point of departure as shown on their ticket where they will be able to board the next available coach by showing their ticket to the driver.
How long does a Heathrow to London bus transfer take?

Journey times range from 40 minutes to 2 hrs 35 minutes, depending on which service you choose (subject to traffic conditions)
Ticket collection points

Terminals 1, 2 and 3: Central Bus Station

Pick up and drop off points

Terminals 1, 2 and 3: Central Bus Station – 5 minute walk from the terminals and open 6am - 10pm

Terminal 4: Bus stops 13 and 14 immediately outside the arrivals hall, open 6am – 10pm, or a free transfer to Central Bus Station and Terminal 5 from stop 7

Terminal 5: Bus stops 13 – 16 immediately outside the arrivals hall, open 6am – 10pm

Baggage allowance

2 x medium suitcases (20kg per case) and one piece of hand luggage per person. Extra luggage will incur an extra charge.
