When you book, you will be emailed an e-Ticket. There is no need to print it, you can show it from your device to take part in the tour.

Departure times and dates:

• From Monday 29th March 2021 onwards: Daily - buses operate an hourly service.
• First Bus: 11am from London Eye, Belvedere Road (SE1 7GH), Stop 77
• Last Bus: 7pm from London Eye, Belvedere Road (SE1 7GH), Stop 77
• Live Guide: On selected routes.

Departure Point:

• London Eye: London Eye, Belvedere Road, Tourist bus stop, London, SE1 7GH (nearest tube station is Waterloo, 2-minute walk).

Additional Information:

• This is not a Hop-On Hop-Off bus tour and customers will need to remain on the bus for the 90 minutes duration
• There will be no breaks during the tour
• No food will be provided on this tour
• Please let the team know if you are in the category of people that do not need to wear a mask. 
• Golden Tours reserve the right to refuse entry onto the bus. 
• Public washroom facilities can be found in Victoria Station 
• Buses will be cleaned thoroughly after every tour

Additional protocols and measures have been introduced  to ensure customers feel safe and comfortable travelling on the tour.  Below are steps and procedures that will be undertaken to enhance hygiene standards and take into consideration the social distancing aspect in this new era of travel:

• All coaches and buses have always maintained a high standard of maintenance and cleanliness, they will continue to undergo a thorough deep clean at the start of every tour in accordance with the government or other institutionally verified cleanliness guidelines.
• All staff, guides and drivers are fully trained on hygiene protocols and social distancing procedures to make sure guests feel safe travelling.
• All Golden Tours staff, including drivers and guides will undergo a routine temperature check at the start of every working shift/tour. Customers boarding the coaches will also undergo the same procedure before the start of the tour.
• Complimentary face masks and gloves will be provided to all guests, hand sanitiser will be available on all coaches to be used at any time during the tour. If the customer prefers bringing their own face masks, gloves or hand sanitiser, this will be welcomed.
• Golden Tours will also be liaising with various attractions to ensure they adhere to government guidelines giving clients an extra comfort and will be splitting customers into smaller groups whilst visiting the attractions taking social distancing into consideration.

Road Works  -  Buckingham Gate closed for road works – Buses will divert via Bressenden Place and Victoria Street during closure.

Major event – Diversions and stop closures all day.

Stops 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 17, 18 & 76 will not be served until after 1400 hrs when roads re-open.

Sunday 25th July 2021 – British 10k

Major event – Diversions and stop closures all day

Sunday 1st August July 2021 – Reparation March

March and Rally – Parliament Square – Delays possible.

Sunday 1st August 2021 – London Half-Marathon

Major event – Diversions and stop closures all day.

Stops 3, 4, 5, 44 and 70 will not be served until roads re-open.

Sunday 8th August 2021 – London Triathlon (date to be confirmed)

Major event – Diversions and stop closures possible on both days.

Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th August 2021 – Prudential Ride London Free Cycle (date to be confirmed)

Major event – Diversions and stop closures all day both days.

Saturday 11th September 2021 – Pride in London

Major event – Diversions and stop closures all day.

Stops 5, 6, 7 & 31 will not be served during road closures

Sunday 3rd October 2021 – London Marathon

Major event – Diversions and stop closures all day.

Stops 3, 4, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 28, 32, 33, 76, 78 & 79 will not be served all day.

Friday 31st December 20210 – New Year’s Eve Celebrations & Fireworks.

On Monday 31st December 2020, the New Year Eve Fireworks display will be held. Large areas of Central London will be closed to traffic in stages from 1400 hrs.

Stops 3, 4, 17, 18, 28, 31, 78, & 79 will not be served after 1400.

Saturday 1st January 2022 -  New Year Day Parade

On Tuesday 1st January 2021 large areas of Central London closed to traffic all day to facilitate the New Year Day Parade.

Stops 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 17, 18, 31, 32, 33, 76, 78  & 79 will not be served until roads re-open.
