Upon booking you will receive an immediate confirmation of payment from VisitBritain. You will then receive a separate email from ArcelorMittal Orbit within 1 to 2 business days to further confirm your booking.
Opening times:
Monday – Thursday: CLOSED
Friday - Sunday: 11am–2.15pm last entry, the attraction closes at 3pm.
Please note that the slide will open 30 minutes after the main opening time.
Christmas Opening Times:
From Monday 21st December 2020 - Sunday 3rd January 2021: open everyday from 11am to 3pm.
Closed on 25th and 26th December.
Facilities
A limited number of lockers are available for visitors wishing to use the slide.
Food and drink is available to purchase on site.

The D8 and 339 buses (from Stratford City) stop within walking distance from the Orbit.

The Orbit does not have a visitor car park however there are two car parks nearby the attraction which visitors can use. Stratford multi – storey car park has 588 parking spaces and is located off Great Eastern Road (postcode E15 1BB) and Westfield Straford City car park with 5000 spaces.
