Red Route - Best of Central London

• This route covers all that Central London has to offer! Spanning from Victoria and Marble arch in the West and Tower of London in the East!
• What you will see: Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliment and Big Ben, the London Eye and more!
• Full Route Duration: 2hrs 10mins
• Operating Hours: Operates every day from 8am to 6pm with buses every 10-15mins (in Winter every 10-20mins). An amended service runs on 25 December.

Blue Route - Best of the West

• Covering the west side of London, this route will let you see some of the spectacular sights of Kensington and Bayswater as well as Hyde Park!
• What you will see: Harrods, the Natural History Museum, the V&A Museum, the Science Museum, Kensington Palace and more!
• Full Route Duration: 1hrs 15mins
• Operating Hours: Operates every day apart from 25 December from 8am to 6pm with buses every 10-15mins.

Green Link - North London to Central London

• See the beautiful regenerated area of St Pancras and King's Cross, the hustle and bustle of Covent Garden and Bloomsbury!
• What you will see: British Museum, King's Cross & St. Pancras Stations and more!
• Full Route Duration: 1hr
• Operating Hours: Operates every day apart from 25 December from 8:20am to 7pm with buses every 20-30mins.

Orange Route - Attractions Loop

• The perfect route for a direct connection between London's most favourite attractions!
• What you will see: Madame Tussauds, Regent Street, Trafalgar Square, Whitehall, 10 Downing Street, the Houses of Parliment, Big Ben and more!
• Full Route Duration: 1hr 30mins
• Operating Hours: Operates every day apart from 25 December from 8:50am to 6:15pm with buses every 20-30mins.

What are the different ticket types?

Classic

• Valid for 24 hours from when the ticket is redeemed
• Includes single Thames cruise ticket (Westminster to Tower Pier or vice versa) and a free walking tour
• Great for seeing the must-see sites of London in just one day

Premium

• Valid for 48 hours from when the ticket is redeemed
• Includes a return Thames cruise ticket (Westminster to Greenwich) and a free walking tour
• Great for exploring at a more leisurely pace, and if you want to hop off often in two days

Deluxe

• Valid for 72 hours from when the ticket is redeemed
• Includes a return Thames cruise ticket (Westminster to Greenwich) and a free walking tour
• Perfect if you have a longer holiday, and want to use the buses for 3 days, visiting attractions in between

How to book
When you book, you will be emailed an e-voucher. Print it out and bring with you to any of the 50+ stops on the Big Bus route. When you get on the bus, give the voucher to the Big Bus staff, who will exchange it for your ticket(s).

November to March

• Buses run every 10-20 minutes
• First buses: Victoria 8.30am; Marble Arch 8.55am; Green Park 9am; Baker Street 9.05am
• No buses run on 25 December

Disabled customers

Most buses are wheelchair-accessible. At the bus stop, a member of staff will be able to inform you when the next accessible bus will be available to board.

River cruise – included free with every ticket

Sit back and enjoy a relaxing cruise along the river Thames. See London's top attractions, including Shakespeare's Globe and Tower Bridge, from a different angle and listen to live commentary in 8 languages. 

You can board a boat for your cruise at Westminster Pier, Tower Pier or London Eye Pier. Tours are approximately every 20 minutes in summertime, and every 30-40 minutes in winter. Please check departure times before you travel.

Walking tour – included free with every ticket

Get a taste of the majesty and history of London with an introduction to royalty and politics with Trip Advisor's No. 1 Walking Tour Company SANDEMANs. This tour meets every morning at 10:30am from Trafalgar Square (bus stop 9 red route) and finishes at Horse Guards.
