How to Book

When booking a transfer you need to provide:

• Date and time that you need to be picked up from the airport or your hotel
• If booking Airport to London: your flight number. You don’t need to fill in any hotel pick-up details – write ‘none’ in these fields when filling in your booking details
• If booking London to Airport: your pick-up address, including postcode. You don’t need to fill in your flight number or airport pick-up details – write ‘none’ in these fields when filling in your booking details
• If booking a return journey: you need to complete both of these processes. First add ‘Airport to London’ to your basket, then add ‘London to Airport’, filling out the relevant details each time

• Standard Classification

             Example vehicle: Jaguar X type

             Capacity: 3 passengers, 3 suitcases

• Luxury Classification

              Example vehicles: Mercedes S-Class, BMW 7-Series, Audi A8

              Capacity: 3 passengers, 3 suitcases
