Children under the age of 18 are permitted in a capsule where alcoholic beverages may be available but will not be served alcohol (usually water, orange juice or apple juice).
ID with proof of age may be requested before serving alcohol.

Using your voucher
Please ensure that the name on your voucher matches the name on your ID. Failure to do so may result in you being refused entry to the attraction.
You MUST bring a printed copy of your e-voucher and a valid passport or other photo ID, when you visit the attraction.
Your e-voucher is valid up to seven days from your preferred visit date selected.
Please note: E-vouchers purchased are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
