Luton Airport to London Bus Transfer – National Express Coach

Upon booking you will receive a confirmation of payment and a pdf evoucher from VisitBritain. You must print your pdf evoucher for exchange at Luton Airport to board this service.

Collecting your tickets

• Go to the National Express ticket desk at Luton Airport to exchange your e-voucher for a bus ticket (open 24 hours)
• Vouchers for Single or Return journeys should be exchanged for National Express tickets on arrival at your London airport or at the National Express office located at Colonnade Walk, 125 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 9SH (nearest underground station: Victoria) between 9am and 5.30pm, seven days a week

Using your tickets

• Due to changes in flight arrival times, plus Customs and Immigration clearance, seats cannot be reserved in advance for a particular time slot. You will be allocated seats on the next available coach when you exchange your e-voucher at the National Express ticket desk. Please note, this may not be the next scheduled coach and you may have to wait for available seats. Coaches operate 24/7 and every 15 minutes during the day
• The return journey must be made within 30 days of the outward travel date

Baggage allowance
2 x medium suitcases and one piece of hand luggage per person

Buses depart every 15 minutes during main operating hours from Luton Airport to either London Victoria or London Paddington.

• A1: this 24-hour service runs to Victoria Coach Station, with stops at Finchley Road, St John's Wood, Baker St., Portman Sq., Marble Arch and Victoria Rail Station.  It will also stop at Golders Green between 10pm and 6am and Paddington between 11pm and 2am, when the A2 isn't running.
• A2: this new service will run to Paddington Station between 3am and 10.30pm, with stops at Golders Green, Finchley Road, St John's Wood, and Baker St.
