Heathrow to London Bus Transfer – National Express

Upon booking you will receive a confirmation of payment and a pdf evoucher from VisitBritain. You must print your pdf evoucher for exchange at Heathrow Airport to board this service.

• Vouchers cannot be exchanged at Victoria Coach Station. Vouchers can be instead be exchanged at the National Express office located at Colonnade Walk, 125 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 9SH (nearest underground station: Victoria) between 9am and 5.30pm, seven days a week
• Services run approximately 4am – 10pm, depending on Terminal, 7 days per week
• Services depart up to 4 times per hour
• Baggage allowance is limited to two medium suitcases and one item of hand baggage per person
• The return leg of travel must be made within 30 days of the outward travel date

Ticket collection points

• Terminals 1, 2 and 3: Central Bus Station
• Terminal 4: National Express ticket office, Arrivals hall
• Terminal 5: National Express ticket office, Arrivals hall

Pick up and drop off points

• Terminals 1, 2 and 3: Central Bus Station – 5 minute walk from the terminals and open 6am - 10pm
• Terminal 4: Bus stops 13 and 14 immediately outside the arrivals hall, open 6am – 10pm, or a free transfer to Central Bus Station and Terminal 5 from stop 7
• Terminal 5: Bus stops 13 – 16 immediately outside the arrivals hall, open 6am – 10pm
• Central London: Victoria Coach Station

First and last buses

• Central Bus Station: first bus 4.20am, last bus 10.05pm
• Terminal 4: first bus 4.40am, last bus 8.40pm
• Terminal 5: first bus 4.30am, last bus 8.30pm
