Windsor
A friendly welcome from your Guide and Driver then a short drive to celebrated Windsor - home to the royal family for 900 years and official residence of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
Here you can choose between an interior visit to Windsor Castle to see the magnificent State Apartments, many of which are still used today for royal receptions and State occasions. You’ll also tour the 14th Century St George’s Chapel where Henry VIII is buried.
Stonehenge
You’ll see the great and ancient stone circle of Stonehenge, one of the ancient wonders of the world and forever cloaked in intense debate over its original purpose. Stonhenge is the focal point in a landscape filled with prehistoric ceremonial structures and is now a World Heritage site.
At Stonhenge you will get the choice between an audio-guided tour of Stonehenge, where you’ll learn about the spiritual importance of the stones and early legends of King Arthur and Merlin.
Bath
After Stonehenge, the tour continues to its final destination with a short journey north-west to the city of Bath, the first ever city to be designated a World Heritage Site.
The city’s honey-coloured Georgian terraces and location on the banks of the River Avon have enchanted visitors and residents alike for generations. Visitors can admire the city’s beautiful landscaping and historic architecture in a whistle stop tour on board the bus; you’ll also have time to visit the Roman Baths, Spas and water tasting in the pump room. Finally, there is just time to enjoy the spectacular tradition of the torch-lighting ceremony as dusk falls over Bath (not applicable in summer).
The baths were used by the Romans 2,000 years ago and the atmosphere of the time is recreated today by lighting the baths with flickering torches, enthralling visitors as night falls.
The tour then makes its homeward journey east back to London where you can enjoy your evening in the city reflecting on a fantastic day out.
