How much does shipping cost?

Most of the products available on our shop are e-vouchers and therefore incur no shipping charge.

Our delivery charges are as follows:

  • Delivery to the UK - £6.00 per order
  • Courier to your country - £15.00 per order

How long does shipping take?

We always try to dispatch orders within 1 working day of receiving them.You can check the status of your order by logging onto the My Account area of the website.

Orders are shipped from the UK and delivery times depend on the delivery method you choose. We always recommend with valuable transport tickets you select a trackable service.

  • Delivery to the UK - 3 to 4 working days
  • Courier to your country (DHL) - 4 to 6 working days

      If you haven't received your order within 14 days for items delivered within the UK, please let us know by contacting us

I have not received my order, what should I do?

Electronic Vouchers

The majority of our tickets are electronic. When making a booking, you will receive an order confirmation email from VisitBritain. The order confirmation will contain your downloadable e-vouchers as attachments. Print these off and take them with you on your trip to Britain. Full instructions on how to redeem will be on the voucher. 

Your email will have been sent to the email address that you used to register on our site. If you haven’t received your order confirmation, please check your spam filter to ensure the mail hasn’t been quarantined. If for some reason you have not received your email, please contact us quoting your name and order number.

Other Products

If you have ordered a product that is mailed out to you (such as BritRail passes or a Visitor Oyster Card) and the estimated delivery date has now passed, please contact us quoting your name and order number and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Airport Transfers (Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted & Luton e-tickets)
When placing your order with VisitBritain you will receive an order confirmation email. Your airport transfer e-ticket will be sent in a separate email. This will take a maximum of 24 hours from making the booking. Your e-ticket will be sent to the email address that you used to register on our site. Please check your inbox and your junk/spam folder. If you cannot find your e-ticket, please contact us quoting your name and order number.

Can I have my items sent to my hotel or an address in the UK?

Yes, but please be sure that when you place your order on our website, you fill in the correct billing address and then select the separate shipping address that you would like to have your paper tickets sent to.

If you wish to have your items sent to your hotel, please be sure to inform a member of staff at reception that you are expecting a delivery.
