Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll be taken to a page where you will be able to download your digital passs immediately. Plus you will receive an email confirmation which contains your digital pass.

Simply print your pass or download a mobile friendly PDF which you will have to show at participating attractions for admission.Please note that your mobile London Pass is not compatible with the London Pass app.

The London Pass® is loaded with a "credits value" which reflects maximum gate prices (a total value of attraction entries) as well as the number of days selected. Credits will be deducted upon each attraction entry.

How does The London Pass Work?
Once you’ve received your pass, head to the attraction of your choice, scan your pass at the gate and start exploring. (Yes, it’s really that easy!) The pass will automatically activate at the first attraction you visit, and pass credits will be deducted as you enter each attraction. Your pass automatically expires at the end of your chosen duration.
