Your ticket will be sent to you by email. You must print the ticket out and take it with you to the station.

Replacement services (such as a bus or a train via an alternative route) will be provided in the case of service disruption, delays and cancellations.
What’s the journey time from Luton to London?
The journey between Luton Airport and London St. Pancras takes just over 30 minutes. Most trains also make further stops at Farringdon, City Thameslink, Blackfriars and London Bridge. With this ticket you can travel to any of these stations.

How far is the train station from Luton Airport?
There is a shuttle bus between the Luton Airport terminal building and Luton Airport Parkway train station, taking about 7-8 minutes. The shuttle bus runs every 10 minutes from 5am to midnight, and will depart in time to connect with all trains departing between midnight and 5am.
How much is the shuttle bus service?
The shuttle bus is free with your train ticket.
How do I know which train to take?
This ticket can be used on any Thameslink service between Luton Airport and London. It cannot be used on East Midlands trains. When you get to the station, check the electronic display boards to confirm which platform the next train will be departing from. All Thameslink trains from Luton Airport to London stop at London St. Pancras station.
I have not received my ticket yet – what should I do?
Your ticket will be sent to you in an email within 24 hours. Please make sure you allow enough time to receive your ticket and print it out before you travel. If you have not received your ticket please check your spam filter. If your email is not there, contact VisitBritain Shop.
Do I need to select my direction of travel?
No. A single ticket is valid for travel from Luton to London, or London to Luton.
