St Paul's Cathedral
The morning part of the tour begins with a visit to St Pauls Cathedral. You will have time to explore this masterpiece designed by Wren in 1673, highlights of the tour will include listening to the 1695 organ that Mendelssohn once played and visit the tombs of Nelson and Wellington.
Please note: on Sundays when there is restricted viewing at the Cathedral there will be an opportunity to enter and enjoy one of the services. If St Paul's Cathedral is closed, you will enjoy an extended panoramic tour of London instead.
Changing the Guard
After a photo stop outside Westminster Abbey, the tour heads to the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace. Buckingham Palace is the official Royal residence of Her Majesty the Queen. Watch the world famous changing of the Guard ceremony as the Queens' soldiers, dressed in their fabulous tunics and busbies march to military music.
Please note: If the Changing of the Guard is not taking place you will still see Buckingham Palace.
The Tower of London
Your afternoon begins with a tour of the impressive Tower of London, one of London's most famous landmarks. Visit the beautiful Crown Jewels and the White Tower before exploring this imposing fortress build in 1066 by William the Conqueror.
Thames River Cruise
Next enjoy a 1 hour cruise on the River Thames taking in views of London's top attractions, including The Houses of Parliament, The London Eye and Shakespeare's Globe.
This boat is a modern catamaran offering climate-controlled indoor cabins with comfortable seating, outdoor back decks, toilets and on-board bars.
Afternoon cream tea at Harrods
Harrods quintessentially English cream tea stands amongst London’s finest, and when enjoyed in such regal surroundings, is an experience to be savoured, remembered and repeated. Home-baked English scones served with clotted cream and Harrods exclusive preserves and your choice of tea from Harrods own tea gardens. Relax and enjoy!
Tour ends at Harrods in Knightsbridge leaving you the rest of the afternoon to explore the world’s famous department store.
