How to book London attractions

The date and time shown on your e-ticket will be those selected when placing the order and refer to your timeslot at Madame Tussauds only.

Please note: tickets are valid for 90 days from the day you visit Madame Tussauds London.

Customers need to pre-book their visit at each attraction via the Merlin Booking Portal. Please find a step-by-step instructions on how to use the portal under our ‘How to book’ section.

Children information

Children under 5 years old are not admitted into London Dungeon
When visiting any of the included attractions, children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult of 18+ years

The Madame Tussauds London live dates and times availability can be seen upon booking.

Opening times for the different attractions can also be found in the Merlin booking portal together with the available timeslots.

Visit Merlin booking portal and enter the order number appearing on the e-ticket downloaded from your confirmation (i.e. 537345819).
You will then be shown all attractions included within your pass. You now need to click modify on ALL attractions to book your timeslot for each of them. This timeslot must be within 90 days from the day of purchase.
When clicking modify on any of the attractions, you will be shown a calendar. Use this calendar along with the provided time slots to choose a time slot that best suits you. Red timeslots show a conflict with a timeslot you have already chosen on a different attraction.
Once all the attractions have been booked click on view tickets to print or download your tickets. (Please note that the access to the portal is done using a no-reply@ email, therefore the use of email itinerary will not work on this occasion).
