Frequently asked questions about the Snowman Afternoon Tea Tour

  • Can children join the tour?

    Children must be at least 5 years old to take part. Guests aged 15 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult. 

    As the tour is designed as a 1-hour festive experience, young children under 5 may not have the patience for the full ride, so they cannot take part unfortunately.

  • Is the bus accessible for wheelchair users or people with mobility issues?

    Yes, we’re pleased to confirm wheelchair users can join the tour. They must sit on the lower deck, and they will occupy one of the fixed-position seats on that deck.

    Please note: there are no toilets on board.

  • What type of food and drink are included?

    • A festive afternoon tea spread: sandwiches/wraps, warm scones with jam & clotted cream, cakes/truffles (including “Snowball”-truffles) and mince pie.
    • A hot drink: tea, coffee or hot chocolate.
    • A souvenir cup with lid to take home.
