- Puzzlewood is a designated ancient woodland with narrow pathways and over 200 uneven and slippery steps. Safe access for pushchairs, mobility aids and wheelchairs is not possible.

- We recommend you use sturdy footwear with sufficient grip is essential.
- Please note in the event of severe weather conditions, Puzzlewood will be closed for health and safety reasons.
- No pets are allowed when visiting the attraction.
- Your ticket includes a hot drink and cake (tray bake selection). Note that gluten-free/vegan cake substitutes are available.
