Accessibility information
- Cadbury World has free parking spaces for visitors.
- There are a limited number of parking spaces at Warwick Castle, close to the castle entrance and reserved for blue badge holders, in both Stratford Road and Stables car parks. Please note standard parking charges apply for daytime and most evening events.
- There is also a drop-off area close to the main castle entrance.
- Warwick Castle has a limited number of wheelchairs available for use by guests. These are on a first come, first served basis.

The regular opening times for Warwick Castle are the following:
- Daily: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
The regular opening times for Cadbury World are the following:
- Daily: 9:00 am - 4:30 pm
- Your booking slot selected here is for Cadbury World. To book your other attractions, you’ll need to head to the Merlin booking portal and enter the order number appearing on the e-ticket downloaded from your confirmation (i.e. 537345819).
- You will then be shown all attractions included within your pass. You now need to click modify on ALL attractions to book your timeslot for each of them. This timeslot must be within 90 days from the day of purchase.
- When clicking modify on any of the attractions, you will be shown a calendar. Use this calendar along with the provided time slots to choose a time slot that best suits you. Red timeslots show a conflict with a timeslot you have already chosen on a different attraction.
- Once all the attractions have been booked click on view tickets to print or download your tickets. (Please note that the access to the portal is done using a no-reply@ email, therefore the use of email itinerary will not work on this occasion).
