- Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Buggies are welcome but these will have to be carried a number of times when encountering stairs.

Regular starting hours are:
- 10:00am, 11:00am, 12:00pm, 01:00pm, 02:00pm and 03:00 pm.
Please note that at busier periods, additional tours will be added at twenty minutes past and to the hours.

- On arrival, please check in at the Tour Ticket Desk, in the Tour & Museum entrance, at the back of the site adjacent to the Matthew Harding Stand.
- A member of the arrivals team at security will point you in the right direction if needed.
- Closest tube station: Fulham Broadway Station (Zone 2, District Line): 0.4 miles.
