Prepare for the experience
- Upon arrival you must go to the London Eye VIP desk 15 minutes prior to your Champagne Experience and bring your barcoded e-ticket to access the attraction.
- The time booked (and displayed on your ticket) is the time to attend the VIP desk.
Children information
- Children under 2 can go in for free but must have a valid ticket. Up to three free infants can be issued per booking allowed.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult, aged 18+.
- Children under the age of 18 are permitted in the capsule but will not be served alcohol (usually water, orange juice or apple juice).
- A pushchair / buggy can come with you onto the London Eye but it must remain completely closed/folded throughout the experience, including on the entrance and exit ramps.

- Free entry available for one carer accompanying disabled customers.

Ticket restrictions
- Tickets to the London Eye are non-exchangeable.
- Luggage is not permitted onto the London Eye.
- The London Eye operates Challenge 25 therefore proof of age for the consumption of alcohol must be presented upon request by each guest.

- Please note this is a shared experience so visitors will share a pod with other people.
- You can drop your luggage at The London Eye ticket office but a 5£ fee apply. Please, collect your luggage by 7pm on the same day (overnight charges apply: £25).
