- The single boarding pass ticket is valid from either Royal Victoria Docks or Greenwich Peninsula for one-way travel.
- The Round-trip ticket is valid from either Royal Victoria Docks or Greenwich Peninsula for non-stop round-trip travel.
- A maximum of 10 people are allowed per car.
- Flight is 1km long at heights of up to 90m – nearly twice as high as the O2 Arena.
- The IFS Cloud Cable Car flies between Royal Docks and Greenwich Peninsula.
- Bicycles are accepted on the IFS Cloud Cable Car at all times.
- Journey times vary according to passenger flow and weather conditions.
- IFS Cloud Cable Car Line may temporarily close if there is a threat of lightning and thunder or extremely strong winds.

- The opening hours of the cable car are seasonal.
- Journey duration: approximately 10 minutes.
- Experience times:
- Weekdays between 07am to 9am: 5min approx.
- After 7pm every day: 12-13min (night flight experience).
- All other times: 10 minutes approx.
- Frequency: Every 30 seconds.
The regular operating times are the following:
Winter (1st October – 31st March)
- Monday – Thursday: 07:00 am – 09:00 pm.
- Friday: 07:00 am – 11:00 pm.
- Saturday: 08:00 am – 11:00 pm.
- Sunday and bank holidays: 09:00 am – 08:00 pm.
Summer (1st April – 30th September)
- Monday – Friday: 07:00 am – 10:00 pm
- Friday: 07:00 am – 11:00 pm.
- Saturday: 08:00 am – 09:00 pm
- Sunday and bank holidays: 09:00 am – 09:00 pm
Opening hours may be extended when local venues are hosting major events.
