- Concession prices are only valid with an acceptable form of identification.

- Underground water levels permitting on the day of the visit, your ticket will be upgraded complementary to the Martel Tour, including a short subterranean boat trip.
- The surface of the cave path is a mixture of concrete path, boardwalk and stepped sections.
- Wear flat comfortable footwear and bring an extra layer (warm jumper, fleece). The temperature in the cave is approximately 10 degrees all year round.
- Weather conditions may alter the availability of selected guided cave tour type.
- Please confirm that you and members of your party are in good health before booking, specially if you have cardiac, respiratory and epilepsy conditions.
