Upon booking you will receive an immediate confirmation of payment from VisitBritain. You will then receive a separate email from, the supplier, Delaware North, within 1-2 working days confirming your date and time of visit.
The tour is part guided and part audio. You will be accompanied by a tour guide who will let you know when to use your audio guides. Audio guides are available in English, French, German, Spanish and Chinese, however your tour guide will be speaking in English only. Please inform staff of which language audio guide you would like upon arrival.

Operating times
The London Stadium tour operates daily, subject to stadium events. The tour departure times are as follows:

Weekdays: 10am, 12pm, 1pm, 3pm (all customers must leave the stadium by 4.15pm)

Saturday: 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3.30pm (all customers must leave the stadium by 4.45pm)

Sunday: 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm (all customers must leave the stadium by 4.15pm)
Please note, from 5 February 2018, tour departure times will become more frequent. The new schedule will be available to view shortly.
