How to use your e-ticket
Important: Upon booking your Luton to London transfer, you will receive a confirmation of payment, and then you will receive an additional email from National Express within 24 hours containing your e-ticket with your QR code.
Please note: As there are no reserved seats, in order to travel, all passengers need to go to the point of departure as shown on their ticket where they will be able to board the next available coach by showing their ticket to the driver.
How long does a Luton to London bus transfer take?

Journey times are typically take around 65 minutes (subject to traffic conditions)
· Buses depart every 15 minutes during main operating hours from Luton Airport to either London Victoria or London Paddington.
Pick up and drop off points

A1: this 24-hour service runs to Victoria Coach Station, with stops at Finchley Road, St John's Wood, Baker St., Portman Sq., Marble Arch and Victoria Rail Station. It will also stop at Golders Green between 10pm and 6am and Paddington between 11pm and 2am, when the A2 isn't running.

A2: this new service will run to Paddington Station between 3am and 10.30pm, with stops at Golders Green, Finchley Road, St John's Wood, and Baker St.
