Perfect for first timers: Take a Beginner Level 1 Lesson
This lesson includes 30 minutes on land and an hour on the water – introduction to surf equipment, safety awareness, position on the surfboard, paddle technique, how to catch a wave, and the pop up technique.
There is also a 3 day surfing course if you really want to learn the ropes.
