The experience operates daily with the first cruise departing at 10:45am. Last cruise departure varies throughout the year.
Recommended arrival time: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your cruise time.

Opening times vary throughout the year, however, the regular opening times are:
- Monday to Sunday: 11.00am - 06.00pm
- Closures: 9 - 29 January 2023
Please note:
- Live date and time availability can be seen at the moment of booking.
- Visit https://me-loneye.secure-cdn.meg-eu.accessoticketing.com/booking-portal and enter the order number appearing on the e-ticket downloaded from your confirmation (i.e. 537345819). Use the same email address as when you placed your order
- You will then be shown the attractions included within your booking. You now need to click modify on the attractions to book or modify your timeslot. This timeslot must be within 90 days from the day of purchase.
- When clicking modify on any of the attractions, you will be shown a calendar. Use this calendar along with the provided time slots to choose a time slot that best suits you. Red timeslots show a conflict with a timeslot you have already chosen on a different attraction.
- Once all the attractions have been booked click on view tickets to print or download your tickets
