What is Madame Tussauds?

The realistic figures are created by world-renowned sculptors, using the same techniques that Madame Tussauds used more than 200 years ago.

The famous wax museum can now be found in major cities around the world, but Madame Tussauds London remains the original flagship location.

Your ticket will give you the opportunity to experience life as a royal as you brush shoulders with Prince Philip, the Prince of Wales, the Duke of Cambridge, the Duchess of Cambridge, the Duchess of Cornwall and finally, The Queen as she stands proudly in a flourish of colour, front and centre of the Royal Balcony experience.

After the excitement of the most recent Royal Wedding in May, there’s also a new figure of Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex, alongside her husband, Prince Harry.

Please note: Access for wheelchairs during opening times is subject to availability on the day. This is due to the attraction only allowing three wheelchair guests per hour for health and safety reasons.

Madame Tussauds Location:

Madame Tussauds is located on Marylebone Road and is easily accessible by public transport. The nearest underground station is Baker Street (Bakerloo, Circle, Jubilee, Metropolitan and Hammersmith & City lines).

Upon booking, you will receive an immediate email confirmation containing your confirmation of payment and eTicket.

Your eTicket is only valid for your preferred visit date selected. Upon visiting you must join the appropriate queue to visit the attraction.

Restrictions

• Tickets purchased to Madame Tussauds London are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• You must bring either a valid printed copy of your ticket or a valid downloaded PDF ticket on your mobile phone when you visit the attraction.
• Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult of 18+ years. Failure to comply will result in refused entry to the attraction.

Group bookings:

• If you would like to place a booking for a 10 people or more, please contact us.

• Guests are required to wear a securely fitted face mask or covering during their visit. Face masks will be available to be purchased at the attraction on the day of the visit.
• Contactless payments only.
• Temperature check prior to entry. Any person who is displaying a high temperature associated with fever will not be permitted into the attraction.
• Reduced capacity to allow social distancing measures.
• Enhanced cleaning will take place throughout the day.
• Introduced new Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements for the staff
• Introduced a large number of hand sanitisers stations around the attraction for the guests to use.
