When you book, you will be emailed an e-voucher. Print it out and bring it with you to Manchester City FC, North Box Office.

Please Note: The name of the party leader provided at the time of purchase must be present and provide photographic ID (such as passport or driving license) when collecting your ticket(s).

How to get there:

By tube/train

• Southern Cross Station is located adjacent to Etihad Stadium. 
• Dedicated tram stop, Etihad Campus is adjacent to the stadium, located in City Square.

By bus

• Nearest bus terminus is at Southern Cross Train Station. 

Collection point:

• Manchester City FC, North Box Office , Etihad Stadium

Collection times:

• Tickets can be collected from 9am on match day regardless of kick off time
• Please bring photographic ID (passport/driving licence) to the NORTH BOX OFFICE when collecting match tickets

Before booking this product, please take note of the following terms and conditions. 

• All sales are final and incur 100% cancellation penalties.
• Match date fixtures and kick off times are subject to change but will take place on the Saturday or Sunday of the scheduled weekend.
• There are no refunds should you choose to cancel.
• It is recommend to book flights and accommodation options accordingly.
• Further details of where to check the definitive fixture date and time will be provided on the voucher.
• If a match date changes from Saturday to Sunday or vice-versa there are NO refunds for any cancellations. In addition, if a match date changes from a Wednesday to Tuesday/Thursday there are NO refunds for any cancellations.
• In the event that you are unable to make the rescheduled match, we will make every effort to accommodate you at a match in the same city on the date of the original match wherever possible.
