How to use your e-ticket
Important: Upon booking your Gatwick to London transfer, you will receive a confirmation of payment, and then you will receive an additional email from National Express within 24 hours containing your e-ticket with your QR code.
Please note: As there are no reserved seats, in order to travel, all passengers need to go to the point of departure as shown on their ticket where they will be able to board the next available coach by showing their ticket to the driver.
