York Tour

Meeting at the York Tap pub, York Station at 11.30am, your tour bus will introduce you to a true taste of the best local breweries in Yorkshire, otherwise known as God’s Own Country. 

You will visit three breweries in different areas of the city, offering a unique way to experience Yorkshire’s booming craft beer scene.

The tour finishes at approximately 6pm at the Brew York pub or York Station.

Leeds Tour

Meet outside the Queens Hotel next to New Station Street in York at 1pm where your guided tour will take you to Leeds and unrestricted access to some of the city’s finest breweries. 

Discover more about Leeds and its growing reputation for independent breweries as you visit three breweries and discover some of the city’s best-kept secrets.

The tour finishes at approximately 6pm at The Brewery Tap pub, New Station Street. 

Upon booking you will receive an immediate confirmation of payment from VisitBritain Shop. You will then receive a seperate email from BrewTown Tours within two working days confirming your date of visit. If your preferred tour date is unavailable, BrewTown Tours will contact you to arrange an alternative date and time within two days of your original selection.

Tour dates and times:

• York tours: Depart Wednesday to Friday at the Tap pub, York Station at 11.30am. Tour finishes at approximately 6pm.
• Leeds tours: Depart every Saturday outside the Queens Hotel next to New Station Street at 1pm. Tour finishes at 6pm.

There is a maximum of 8 people on the tour.

Price includes:

• All transport
• English speaking guide
• Tasting of 10 to 12 beers

Exclusions:

• ​Food is not included in the price but food stops are available on the tour.

Age restrictions:

• Brewtown Tours are reserved for customers aged 18 years and over. Under 18s not allowed and proof of ID may be requested.

Disabled access:

• Some of the breweries may not have required levels of facilities or access therefore it is advisable to contact us in advance if you have any specific requests.
