Medical information

• Guests must sign a dive medical form before taking part. If anything on the medical form applies, the guest must seek a doctor’s note confirming they are fit and able to take part and must have this with them on the day.
• Also, all guests should provide a signed Bear Grylls waiver form.

Children information

• Suitable for ages 10+.
• Guests aged 10-16 years will need an adult present at check-in to sign waivers, but can enjoy the adventure unaccompanied

Accessibility information

• The Bear Grylls Adventure has step-free access and is wheelchair accessible.
• Every experience can be adapted for disabled guests. Should you require special arrangements for your visit, please contact us.
• There is a quiet space available for guests who require it. Please ask a member of staff.

• If you can present the correct documentation along with your ticket you will receive a free carer ticket

Ticket restrictions

• Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Additional information

• Wear lace up trainers, active wear that covers arms and legs, tie back long hair and bring a towel and swimming costume.
• Wear comfortable clothing you can move easily in - gym wear is usually best. 
• For health and safety reasons, guests can’t take part in activities wearing sandals, flip flops or heels.
• Complimentary lockers provided for all loose items to be stored during activities including jewellery, rings and watches.
