- Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- All children must remain under direct supervision at all times.
- Baby changing facilities are available.
Dartmoor Zoo accessibility information
- The majority of Dartmoor Zoo is accessible for wheelchair users, buggies and those with walking difficulties.
- Concession for disabled guests, students, pensioners and free tickets for carers available.
- Concessions must show an appropriate form of ID at the entrance gate.
- In places the surface becomes quite rugged and some paths are steep.
- Registered assistance dogs are welcome. Owners must show the identification and all assistance dogs must wear their identifying jackets.

- The Zoo is open every day from 10:00am until 04:00pm.
- Last entry is one hour before closing time.
- The Zoo is closed 24, 25 and 26 December.
