Take the DLR to Cutty Sark station or National Rail to Greenwich station (both within walking distance), Thames Clippers river bus to Greenwich Pier, or buses to Greenwich.
You can pick up refreshments from stalls outside the main entrance or visit the Parkside Café at the National Maritime Museum down the hill
Children can enjoy interactive experiences like meeting the Observatory Explainers who are around the site, delivering live science demonstrations and astronomy sessions for all ages every weekend.
There are also educational workshops offer a range of activities, from building and launching rockets to stargazing and learning about the planets.
