Accessibility information

  • Only folding wheelchairs are allowed on board the coaches.
  • You will also be required to climb the stairs on and off the coach with assistance from your helper. Buses staff are not able to assist due to Health and Safety reasons.

  • Duration: routes take approximately an average of 40 minutes.
  • Frequency: 15 minutes.
  • Anytime ticket holders should arrive at least 30 minutes before their chosen timeslot at peak times.
  • If the last timeslot of the day is full, the ticket’s provider will honour the ticket for the following day.

The regular operating times of the tours are the following:

    • 31st March - 16th April: Operating 9:30am - 5:30pm.

    • 17th April - 3rd September: Operating 9:30am - 6pm. (exceptionally frequency is every 10 minutes).
